My ek9 is off the road atm with numerous work needed, one of its problems is blue smoke in vtec, been told is valve stem seals. Rather than mess around I want to buy a replacement head

It would be cheaper and better to do the valve stems at least you know there 100 % then.

oem will do fine

Oem are fine too, or you can use vitton,supertech ones
