What reg is it? Depends how much you want to spend as engine same as bora or passat an there a good few grand cheaper, like my mates i selling but seriously bora or passat I would say better, as cheaper an bigger boot, if you want something a3 size golfs are good option
VW an audi same thing mate, honestly I would go for something with a bigger boot but thats personal opinion an save youself some money with a little one
A friend of mine just sold his A3 and bought A6 because he has become a dad and said the a3 was way too small as a family car. And, as said above, unless money isn't an issue don't buy Audi - not because they would lack quality, but they're way too expensive. You can get a very nice Passat or Superb for the same money...
Are Audi not as reliable as the other makes and would it last if I kept it looking good I would be buying it from Audi them selves but as you guys no more about cars I take all this in I like the look of the skoda's new sg
shape
That is a lot of money to spend on car which you aren't going to love as much as an ek9 and is mainly a car of function.
IMO get an older car 02/03 and ensure it has been well looked after and serviced. Save yourself the money
Ye I understand it whont be as fun as an nine or any Honda in that matter jus something practical and I like the new shape cars at the min I love older hondas but I'm not to keen on the older models of Audi, vauxhall etc I do like the golf gti though

YES, get an older practical wagon - you can get a nice one for £3000 and for the remaining £4500 get a 9 or DC2 If I was expecting family this is what I would buy:
I have personal experience with diesel bora as my mates got one, they truely are great cars mate average of over 42mpg for my mate can easy be goin for 50mpg there built to last an so refined
