:secret: As I know ek9 subframe is a bit wide, and your right you don't need it cause of the oem design was made to to be strong without one! If you did some research you would have know that before you bought one! Don't worry not getting at you just info'n you!:nice:

nothing to do with the subframe being any wider . they are the exact same if you look properly . its the holes for the arb mounts that are different . before buying it i did know that ek9 doesnt need it . if you also read it was bought purely for looks .

i jst fitted my asr brace with '9 arb on my ek4..

good thred never imagined holes would differ.. :blinx:
 
Well seems it was definetly worth the little time it took to get both our cars on the ramp and take the pics john.
 
maybe the function 7 one fits?

lucky i saw this thread just then, i was about to make my way and pick up an ASR one
