Anyone experiencing Royal Mail difficulties!!!

I went to my local Royal Mail office to collect a parcel which iv been waiting ages for to be told "we cant find it, but we will take your number and call you"

Over One week later no phone call so i go down again to hear "we cant find it we will get in touch"

What a joke.
It was over 30days ago i initally ordered it from tegiwa.

P.S. it's not tegiwa's fault it's bloody Royal Mail.
 
city link are far worse than royal mail, had to wait over a month for a pair of bloody shoes from england! Wouldn't be surprised that they are having difficulties located your parcel after the chaos at christmas time. probably sitting in the back of a lorry somewere gathering dust! :angry:

x2 citylink lost one of my te37s in transit, lucky it turned up like 3 weeks later :angry:
 
they seem to be be very unreliable right now a load of my things i have sent have been lost or damaged :(
 
They seem to loose my parcels all the time. DHL are better so I use them if i need it on time. They were all a nightmare at christmas so might be lost in the chaos
 
i ordered stuff like two weeks before cristmas and no sign of it lol also ordered some new allen key bolts for my steering wheel but prob wont be here for a month or to yet lol
 
seen royalmail posting on sunday just past so seems they still have not cleared up the xmas backlog!
