and i have -40mm springs atm and the ride height is pants the rear hasnt dropped what so ever ( and they are on the right way around )

Because there's not many people here into the 'low and slow' thing, it's not what Type R's are about. Pretty much everyone here (me included) will tell you these are utter crap, but very few (probably none) of us have tried them.

People on Civiclife will most likely tell you they work fine and have probably used them for the purpose you want, hence they are the people to talk to.
