Another Apexi Power FC question! HELP PLZ!

gday ladies and gents!

i've rescently purchased a apexi power FC

PFC AH03 010-0547

for a 96-98 prefacelift EK9 b16b

as this ECU is made for N/A application, would i need anything else to use the ECU for my boosted honda?

a friend of mine stated that i needed to purchase the boost solenoid/map sensor kit to unlock other fuel/trim cells .it won't OPEN or release themselves to the processor

hope someone can help me with this dillema

Don't think you need the sensor kit ,, you could use it to control boost tho

All you will need is map sensor as stock sensor cannot read more than 10-11psi. If you get a Apexi 3 bar just wire it up to stock map sensor wiring on car and then scale for the 3 bar sensor in Power FC, iirc option 2 is preset scaling for Apexi 3 bar.
