aftermarket cat back exhaust from eg civic to ek9?? will it fit?

Hi, need to to know if a tanabe smr cat back system, or any for that matter, taken from an uk eg will fit on an ek9, with no modification needed? apparently most aftermarket cat back exhausts are the same diameter(60mm). i do have an adjustable decat if needed, thanks....
 
AFAIK it differs per exhaust, some need modification and some don't. At least, that's what I've found not so long ago after some searching.

yes the same here, some people are saying it's a straight swap, others are saying the hangers may need resized, and some welding.... tbh i personally thought it wouldn't fit correctly without modification so prob gonna leave it
 
thanks, i seen that when i searched, but then found other forum results that differ, but i best not risk it....
