Alright guys and girls!
Took the dc5 off the road for the winter and brought the em1 back out to play.
Noticed a few drops of water on the passenger seat so took off the pillar cover and was welcomed with this! :(
Seems only to be in the corner so doesn't look like its sunroof area. My initial thoughts are the rubber strips on the roof, take them off and look for any cracks/corrosion etc

Anybody experienced this before? Ideas etc

Has it got a sunroof mate? If it does that would be my guess. Possibly blocked drains or the seal itself.

Take headliner off and get someone to pour water over.
Headliner has to come off anyway if you want to fix leek
Not a hard job at all.

I'd bet it's the seal under the rubber strips on the roof, both my ek9s leaked there, it hardens over time and cracks. Very common especially now these cars are getting old!

Yes, most likely the seal between the roof and pillar A. It's pretty common for car in this age from the body roll over time. You might need to remove the windshield as well to get a good seal.

This is a typical area where the seal cracked over time.
