Hey guys. Heres a few pics of my ek9 at long last, which I picked up on Saturday .
A big thankyou to Corral from importing it over for me. Brillant guy to deal with. Kept me posted throughout the whole process, and was always happy to answer any questions I had for him.
I could have stayed there all day on Saturday and spoke to him about Hondas and other Jap Mobiles lol. Hes a real genuine Honda nut/enthusiast.

So far I'm loving it . Its in a completely different league to my Starlet.
I understand now, why some of the purists say, that Type R's are best left stock. The whole feel of the car is just spot on, and its not torqueless atall. Honda really went all out with the R and D with them
I reccon I'm going to leave it stock for the time being. The wheels could do with a referb, but appart from that, I'm glad I converted over to Hondas

Thanks for the comments guys Ye I'll definately get some better daylight pics up when I get time.
Shes bog stock at the moment, and thats hows shes going to stay... well for the time being lol. It drives so well in stock form, I'm a little reluctant to start modding it really.
Can anybody point me in the right direction of where to get the rims refurbished? A friend of mine reccons I should just do them myself, but I'd rather have them done by the pros really

Hey guys.

I finally managed to get some well deserved spare time today, so took some better pics of my ek9 as promised months ago.Sorry its taken me so long. I've just been stupidly busy as usual. You will have to excuse my camera taking ability...you can see my silhouette in a couple of them lol.

Shes still bog standard but makes me grin from ear to ear everytime I take her out for a blast.

I'm not too sure what route I'm going to take when and if I decide to mod her. I've been speaking to a few tuners about going down the turbo route, but its early days yet.
So she'll be staying stock for the time being . Before I got OTT with mods, I still need to get the rims refurbished (Or maybe get some new rims?) and some new Honda badges, if anyone can point me in the right direction?

I've also added a couple of pics from my honda crew's meet and drive out the other night
