Hi has anyone used 9ktuning? I recently used them to order Spoon mirrors and the service is pathetic! Having paid 35 days ago I still have not recieved my order which was guaranteed to be here in 10-14 days. They are now not replying to my emails and wondered if anyone else knows if they are actually legit or have I been robbed?

Ok, spoke to the owner of 9k, he has explained to me the mirrors are special order only, he doesnt keep any in stock and has to order from his supplier which is password jdm, there seems to be some kind of back order on them, dont worry hes not some con artist. He has mentioned if you would like a refund to get in touch with him, and he will refund asap

Yes as stated from the USA even though they promote the company as 'UK specialists' or 'UK no1' both are misleading I feel. He told me the same Riddick but also insisted that they had been posted on the 2nd of May only to change his mind about that after ignoring my emails asking. To be honest the company has totally ignored me until I started making posts about them.

You will be ok my friend, he sometimes take his time with specialist parts but he always pulls thru with me. Have patience and trust
 
Do you know whether function 7 lower control arms are a special order? as im about to order some and need them quick
 
Riddick, ask your friend to contact Charlie and explain it to the guy whose money he has. Must be infuriating not getting a reply. Only a common courtesy.

Don't do it mate! I paid £39.99 for express delivery which was 10-14 business days it is now coming up to 40 days with no mirrors and no reply. The most annoying thing is I could have got them much cheaper off ebay or such like but I paid to have them quickly. What a joke, the service is pathetic and communication is completely unprofessional.

If you would like a refund of your money then it can be arranged very quickly, and the reason you have had no response is due to constant pestering of the staff of 9k.

Its upto you though, the items on back order, if you wish you can get a refund or wait on the part coming? Its your call thought

Please get the facts straight before telling me what has happened. I ordered the mirrors on the 16th of April I then had to 'pester' 9ktuning to get a reply (had he replied I wouldn't have 'pestered' them, personally I concider a reply as customer care but if they feel it is a chore it says more about 9ktuning) until the 2nd of May when I was told they had been posted and would be with me very shortly. They did not arrive so I emailed them four more times on various days with no reply, then once I started talking about them on forums and facebook they become very 'helpful'.

You are correct I have now had a reply after you have prompted them.

I appreciate your help and can understand that you can only speak as you find, if they were good with you that's fantastic but I will not use them again as the customer service is pathetic and I have heard other people saying this now I've been asking on forums.

Thats where i got my F7's and tbh the delivery time and service wasnt good. I remember having to wait at least a month for them and after a few emails, it took them i think 4/5 days to reply. Supposadly at the time they had a lot of people off sick.

By pm'ing them I can only assume they are on this forum? Not taking a couple of minutes to reply on behalf of your own company but instead speaking through someone else is extremely poor customer service imo. A company can't function without selling and blatant lack of respect for customers won't get you orders!
 
I know this is a bit of a bump but I take it you actually got the mirrors? I was interested in buying some, I was just wondering how long overall did it take? Also could you post up some decent pictures of the mirrors.
