2nd cars or your dailys


seems like i would be better off with a ek9 im staying with family in wales this weekend its 230 miles and i used 1.5 tanks in my cube :(( but i can only just squeeze £40 of petrol into my tank and i run this daily cant wait to sell it for a civic but may keep it until i move house as its a handy little car

I currently have a 2007 skoda octavia as my daily, (my taxi)

And my em1 is only used at weekends and when required
 
When it isn't broken, I use my Supercharged Jordan as a daily driver and even that isn't too bad on fuel when the foot isn't down. Although 41 miles to £20 when I give it some can be depressing :lol:
 
i have a jdm ep3 as a family wagon & the 9 is getting a full respray & only taken out once or twice a year when its put back together

Used EK4 for daily, but its becoming stupid on motorway, specially with lots of commuting, I'm selling it for a diesel! Sad days when the price of fuel is wank.
 
My EK4 is my daily although I'm finding the price of petrol tough at the moment. Went to Silverstone on Sunday and I spent £65 on petrol going there and back. When I first bought the car I did the same journey but went from Preston instead of Old Colwyn in North Wales, so it was further and I spent £45 on fuel there and back.

I've toyed with getting an MX5 for a while as it's cheaper to run and insure. But every single time I hit v-tec I can't help but think "it's worth the expense for the engine alone." There is honestly nothing I can afford at the moment that would pull me away from my EK4, maybe an old Impreza Turbo but I could never afford to run one whilst in uni.
 
shitron relay (works van) ek9 gets out for a blast evenings n weekends
 
My old daily was an bmw e34 525 touring and now is a bmw e36 320i ,I'am a bmw man at hart.
 
Work van, cheap punto for running around everyday and the CTR for when i feel like a bit of fun at the weekends or evenings! :))
 
fiat doblo cargo (company van) & the ek9 for weekends and evenings. but tbh i drive it nearly evry chance i get :)
