Julian at rarerims has just commisioned a batch of these wheels to be run,

I`m thinking they will look awesome on our EK9`s will be available in championship white 4 and 5 stud :nice:

let me know if you want me to find out more with regard to pricing etc :nice:

Approx £480 a set including nuts in champoinship white :nice:

bit more with tyres

i have been enquiring and i think 1st batch shoudl be available in 4-6 weeks :nice:
 
Ive nothing against Rotas...but...This is gonna Kill the DC2 Rim Look that works so well

Bit of a shame really

i know what you mean it will flood the scene, kinda like what the rota grids did for te37`s..

still nice light rims at a decent price :nice:
julian is trying to get rota to come up with their own designs too but they just seem to wanna copy everyone else :shocked:
 
yeah, or slips for Spoon SW388, i mean, im not taking the piss, i run Rota slips myself.

they are a good, cheap alternative.

Some of their own designs would be good!

me too flat black with red lip they are my track wheels and look awesome :nice:
 
these will only flood the market so to speak if they are priced cheaper than the real think! i've seen a set of real DC2 Type R rims on ebay for £450 without tyres!
so at that money i'd by the real thing!

But i've always had a soft spot for these on an EK9! just never got round to doing it myself!

Looked awesome, 215 tyres however were not so friendly to my arches :nice:
 
ive just got myself another set :)

Ehh, well, the car was Lowered maximum so i ended up damaging my arches with them on! they look HELLFIRE though! But the car MUST be LOW to pull these off

Get my new ones fitted on monday :D
 
Im not a fan of ROTA copying all the real deal designs!!!!!

Would prefer buying the 16" Teg wheels, similar price and there real, DUNSY looks sweet ;)
 
I have dc2 rims on mine aswell although mine are 15 inch

@dunsy would a 205 tyre fit the dc2 wheels? i wanted to get toyos for the gf's teg but they dont do them 215/16 :(
 
205/45/16 will fit 98 spec rims thats the size of the prada 2s i was using:nice:
