    this got settled got thrown out of court. motorist 1 traffic cops 0. got mot guy to write a letter saying brakes were in working order. and printed a brake efficiency document. Am glad its sorted. I didnt have to attend court got settled in hearings solicitor dealt with it

    just had a look at papers i got. 1) Form PG9 Vosa Prohibition Notice. Defect Listed as "ABS warning Continuously LIT on dash" 2) Fixed Penalty Notice(endorsable offence) form from police. Its got a serial number on top that starts with an "E" followed by some digits
