If it's your first RWD car then it certainly takes a dosage of man ***** to become confident with oversteer, an M3 probably isn't the most forgiving thing to learn in! You can't help but brick it slightly the first couple of times you do it, but obviously the more you do the better you know what to expect, build up the muscle memory etc.
Before you know it, you'll be looking out the window every morning, dearly hoping to see rain on the glass so you can have a play without completely shredding the tyres.
