What’s the difference?

so jdm, the bottom of the lights light up aswell as the top

And depending where you get the lights from in EU.

rhd will have a fog light at the bottom right light and LHD will have fog light bottom left.

Only top lights up in the eu and 1 bottom light will light up for fog light
