hi lads havent been on in a while..ok i have a 96 hatch 1.4 civic ok and im going building it as a rallycar but first i need to no will my loom thats in the car now do me if i go 1600 either b16a/b16b?..i also heard that my fuel tank wont do me is this true?

You will need a obd2a vtec engine wiring loom and no need to change fuel tank.

Your not the first person to say the dash loom needs to be changed but I don't know where people are getting that from as I never had to change the dash loom on any EK 1.4 swap I done to 1.6 DOHC vtec.

ya its an ek model,so i need a full loom ya from front to back,can you tell me what year/spec car il find an obd2a loom in for when im searching,also will that loom be able to work with b16b/b16a ?

You only need engine loom. Get a engine loom from a 96-98 EK4 sir/vti and that will work with any vtec engine you put in there. If you use it on a b16b you will have one plug left over for a vtec oil press switch which b16b don't it won't effect how it runs as the PCT EK9 b16b ecu doesn't look for a oil press signal
