Wiper arms (not blades!)

How much is a reasonable price for a set do you think from someone breaking a civic?

Mine have slight corrosion on them which has left some bare metal which has a bit of rust on them, thought I would replace them! Are they hard to swap does anyone know?

Easy to swap.Just open the bolt at the end of the arm and the arm is postioned on a splined shaft and just slide it up off it...What I did with mine was took them off..Removed the wiper blade and sanded them down and sprayed them up and put them back on..Good as new and a very easy thing to do rather than getting others..Freshens them up alot with new blades to :dance:
 
I did consider that but then buying paint, sandpaper etc. may work out just as much as a second hand set of arms, been offered a set for £15 delivered. Thoughts?
 
New set is £80 ;) so make up your own mind on fair price.

If you do re-spray them, make sure you remove ALL the old paint. to do that propery you should remove the spring, strip them, clean them, prep and paint. otherwise theyll go bad again in a few months
 
Did mine 6 months ago, sanded down get rid of old rust, new matt black spray and happy days! Good as new. Add some new streamline wiper blades as well, they look brand new :)
