Window Tints

Hi, i wanted to tint my back windows and my cousin has a similar civic with the 2 side back windows tinted and he wanted to tint the whole car so he said that i could swap my side windoows for his and then just get someone to tint the back window. My question is, is it possible for me to do the swap? or i should avoid it because of leaks etc? thanks

Not done it on a Civic, but on an old car. wasn't difficult, just tedious. If you've got the time and the determination to do it, then do it.

You'd be much better off just getting your own windows tinted, trust me. Not really worth it once you consider the time, amount of effort, possible leaks that could occur and risk of shattering your glass (I'm assuming you never done this before judging by the question...)

Price to tint your ENTIRE car: $120-150 (on average.)

Replacement rear quarter glass: $500-700 new.

yeah the guy who does the window work told me the same i guess i will just wait and get it tinted wen i have some cash
