Window problem!!

Well ever since I got my car the electric windows have been a bit dodgy. And quite recently the drivers side window kept on popping out of the runner so I cant use the window at all. Is there anything I can do to sort this??
Also the passengers side window is slow, but I think that's the motor just dying a slow and painful death.. Am I right??? Any help would really help!

try cleaning out the window rubbers and put some silicone lubricant in them and see if that helps. If not the chances are the window motors have had better days and are on the way out.

aye man the windows on EK hatch have been a nightmare for more or less everyone at somepoint haha firstly try and lubricate your runners to ease the workload to the motors, failing that yeah a new motor is the job. as said usually some silicone lubricant will sort you out for now
