Info about the OEM
Offset (mm) 50
Width (Inches) 6
Width Outside Mounting Surface 26.2
Width Inside Mounting Surface 126.2

Info about the 16x7
Offset (mm) 45
Width (Inches) 7
Width Outside Mounting Surface 43.9
Width Inside Mounting Surface 133.9

The outer edge of your new wheel will be 17.7 mm further out than the OEM wheel
The inside edge of your new wheel will be 7.7 mm further in than the OEM wheel

I don't know if gonna fit, but it's give you more information

To put it bluntly a 32 offset will only work if you run a skinny tyre ((195/185)/45/16 as the wheel will sit alot further out and potentially damage the arches if the car is low. (talking from experience), when lowering the camber will decrease allowing you to "Tuck" but seriously without arch work a 32 offset will be rubbish
