have you checked your map sensor?? make sure the o ring is good... over time they flatten and if fiddled with you may let some air in .. try switching with a friend or try replacing o ring ...
will it throw a code if its the o ring? because at this point i dont have any trouble codes anymore.
sounds like your engine is not firing correctly or bad plugs/wires. Check the distributor as well.
I agree, sounds like its only firing on 3 cylinders.
