Whilst the sun was out...

Where's the BBS wheels?

Still lovin the stance though...

Sold them a while ago. Went from them...

To the TE37's and a far more useable stance...

Just before the winter set in though I put some brand new tyres on the TE37's but some kind person decided to slash one of them whilst I was parked at work so I took them off and stored them over the winter and have just been using the OEM wheels since.

As much as I loved the look of the car on the BBS the car didn't drive how it should being an EK9

Loving this! Does look better on the TE37's than the BBS IMO. Mint car though!

I'd use it to shave in.... sod a mirror when your car has a mirror quality finish.

TOP work mate..

MINT! Also made me really happy that I ordered a sigma 10-20mm lens yesterday too! haha.

Next will more than likely be a cheap Clio Sport, I know people will turn their noses up but I need money towards a deposit for my first house so there's quite a bit tied up in the EK9. I don't want to sell it but need to grow up sooner or later :(

Why would having an EK9 make you feel childish/immature like?

Having an EK9 doesnt mean you have to be part of a modifying scene even if you want to modify your car it doesnt mean your not grown up.

Lastly the ek9 is a more grown up car than a Clio and the cheap Clio sports are cheap for a reason - I know what its like running a car and a flat by myself and the last thing you want is a car thats going to be unreliable or break from time to time.

And its none of my business but your ek9 will more than likely sell for around the 5k mark if you even buy a shed of a clio sport were talking 2500-3000? Its not really going to leave you a lot to play with.

I sold my B18C6 EK4 for my flat and couldnt have regretted it more, that was over 2yrs ago and im still trying to save for an ek9 since (and incase your wondering im 25).

No you've got totally the wrong end of the stick, grow up as in buy my own place. I'm turning 23 come the end of May and I'd like to get out of my parents house before I turn 30! If I don't start saving now its not going to be easy and I can't ever see myself renting.
Being honest and considering current market prices of standard EK9's I'd like to see a little more than £5k. Even if I put £2k to one side its £2k more than I have now

Don't knock Renault sports, 172's/182's are brilliant cars, and 197's are even better. I had a 172, would have a clio sport again in a heartbeat!

Ive owned 2 clio's i have first hand experience with them and the excuse they call electrics, i'd rather push a honda than drive a renault ever again.

Shame you have to sell, but needs must! beautiful condition, i think the rays are my favourite combo, really like the black on bronze look. as it had a respay at some point or has it simply just been well looked after and polished alot?
