Okay well Im between 2 minds weather to sell my ek9 or not? I really like to car but Im often find myself getting bored of it recently. Im looking for your opinion's, here's the current spec.

Buy an Evo or Impreza and sell the 9 to someone who appreciates it for what it is.

Well I can get an ITR Engine put in for €1000 and the lad thats doin is takin my engine as a trade in. Im just not sure if I want to spend anymore money on it...

I agree sell it to someone who will aprreciate it for what it is, you sound like you want somthing faster? Get yourself a Evo or Scooby or if you cant be arsed paying a fortune on servicing why not think of gettting a Golf R32? Cheap-ish to run not bad to service (Sort of lol) And plus there 247bhp, although not quite as rare as the 9 there highly sot after and the re sale value is high, why not also think about a Focus or Escort RS? Again highly desirable and highly tuneable? Christ you cant get a good Escort RS for any less than 9k, minters fetch 16k so you know for cars like these you wont lose a fortune if you keep them sweet!

Golf R32's sound amazing, but they aren't that fast really.

If you want an Evo or a Scooby STi, I have both in stock, both in good nick too...I have pics and specs etc of both if you want but im changing the Scooby spoiler to a version 6 STi one at the moment so will have pics when that is complete (should be on the weekend)

Let me know if your interested in any mate

do some track days? if you haven't already.

find the limit of the EK9, I know I haven't got near to the limit of the car and whats its capable of yet.

I know at least 7 or 8 people that went from sir's and type r's to evo's and scoobys and between all the breakages with them and the lack of adrenilane rush they have now gone back to vtec's of some sort! I know you will do the same! So my advice is if your ek9 is clean then keep it because you will one day regret selling it for a scooby or evo and you might not find as nice of one again as they are getting rare!!!!!!!!!!!!

X2..! :ek9:

i totally agree... you should count urself lucky to own a '9' + nice mods!

If your a speed freak, go for more power from a charged car.

If you love to own a rare car & be part of a special community then the 9 tops them all.

I also have a 16v 106 Rallye & in the uk it truly is a great community.

I had a 270bhp Pulsar for 2 months! It was a car i had always dreamed of but it used £20 of petrol every other day & that was at prices 5 years ago & ate a new clutch in a month & a half! I would never buy a turbo again, the thrills dont out weigh being part of a unique community, in my opinion.

You have to do a track day in it before you sell. This may change your mind. Look for an airfield day, less competitive and no barriers to slide into.
