Wheel arch lip protection?

I have undersealed underside of EK with dinitrol 4941, but was wondering if its good enough for the arch lip as its might attract a lot of dirt. Maybe painting be better as its not sticky?

Just thinking when washing this area and when you rub your hand/brush round the lip the underseal will just start to rub off!!
