i just thinking this morning that a full tank can last me for long if im driving sensiblaly and not so good mpg if driving like the roads a race track

i can get 320 miles on a full tank and about 260 when not driving like and old man, also anyone know the best speed or rpm to stay to get the best mpg.

I think he means miles, as in Miles Per Gallon

EK9 tank is 45L which is about 10 UK gallons

Best i've had with a couple commutes to work a week and other driving (i don't do conservative driving as it's boring and labours the engine a bit) was 230 miles

so that makes it 23mpg

Not too bad considering that it's not very standard at all

Best i had when it was fairly standard on a long run was nearer to 30mpg

I don't do maximums, it's far too boring and I risk falling asleep and killing a bus stop full of orphans.

250 miles to a tank seems pretty average though.

if i do a good bit of messing i get 300 km's per 50 euro of super unleaded

400 if i drive handy maybe

super unleaded is 1.40 per litre here :nono:

Is that the Maxol E5? I normally get in the high 300KM's out of a full tank.

just done 350 miles on one tank last night mainly motorway though.

i normally drive between 65 to 70 mph when going to work but for some reason even driving at 80mph on the motorway i get about about 290miles full tank may be this is depending on motrways or streets.

gettin about 250 to 280 miles from a full tank and using the vtec a good bit..

my em1 returns approx 320 miles to the tank thats mainly motorway driving
