What tyre size? with MFactory gear set

Hi,

I've been playing about with MFaxtory's gear calculator and am still not convinced which size to go for. The car is mainly used for quarter mile and some cruising. If anyone with experience with these gears, it would be great.

195/55/15 or 205/50/15

There's no need to upsize or downsize unless you're looking to satisfy a specific/obscure parameter?
 
195/55/15 for the stock wheels. If your serieus about the drags get hold of some seperate wheels with slicks. Otherwise, just make a compromise between drag racing grip and street longevity for you r tires.

I think you will be near the top of forth gear by the end of the strip with this setup.
 
195-50-15 or 205-50-15 should be fine, drag tires are going to be a lot wider, like 275-60-15.
 
Well, I was running on 195/50 and switched to 205/50. I have to say, the car lost too much! especially in second gear. Its back to the old profile for me.
