What sport do you do?

aye Right mathew...you doing that **** at the next meet met

anyone here ever use acai force or any of there stuff ??
thinking of joining a gym to bulk up but will need supplements.

Hyper Gain 5.4kg < Weight Gainers | Buy Sports Supplements from Body Temple

Thats the stuff i have just started taking on advice from a few bigger guys. I take as protein not as a food supplement. It is seriously thick though like pudding.

Think il join a gym again when i stop working 84 hours a week :nice:

OMG 84hrs a week is NUTS!

Know exactly what you mean. Tore a muscle in my back about 3 weeks ago during one of those patches - all it takes is for that lapse in focus. Couldn't wait to get back into it but then had a monster tattoo session on my back which is still healing and going to india next week, so gonna be 1.5-2 month break in total. Man, I am not looking forward to the strength drop from this time off!!

2 month break? wow i week off and i have issues lol, Good Luck mate. But on a good note it gives your injuries time to heel

You said you spoke with some guy who benches 240.........that is a lot of weight he must be huge. This pic is of my training partner who benches 160kg regularly but can bench about 180kg peak. He is big (About 17st) so that guy who benches 240kg wow lol

Glad to hear your on the road to recovery, grip is always an issue with training especially dead lifts. You not tried straps?

yeah just bought myself a set of straps started to use them for my last set when my grip really struggles. one of my mates has always used straps and lifts 180kg but struggles to lift 120 using grip alone so trying to avoid overusing them. def worth the money for the difference they've made

I am the same try not to rely on them usually forget them in the car anyway and i am to lazy to go fetch them once in gym.

Jokeshopbeard is right about the switch grip (under and over) for dead lifts although the under hand is using the bicep more so i rotate between sets.
