What is the average ect at idle?

Like title says, i was recommended by my tuner to get a dual core radiator because my engine was getting too hot. now I just installed the mishimoto radiator and at idle the temp gets to 220!! It went down to 197f while driving but i thought it would be alot cooler. anyone help please :( Ohh and it was about 93F outside if that helps
 
Probably a little on the hot side. Get yourself a low temp thermostat that should help keep it cooler

Did you bleed the coolant of air, REALLY good?

How old is that thermostat, for a few bucks, just replace it.

And if you have the S300, set the coolant fan turn on sooner than its currently set at.
