i bought a 1.4 ek 3 door hatchback the other day and was given this backbox he claims it is a mugen but its unbranded

also does anyone know how to get this to fit? bought it round to a garage and the owner said its too big :(
 
looks like a obt replica. not sure how it would fit onto a B pipe unless it slips into it?
 
the fella I got it off said it'll fit the pipe but the owner of the garage said its too thick to fit the car because the standard backbox is half the size compared to this one if that makes sense =s
 
bad copy anyway.......try and sell it and put that towards a better box if your planning a new one.
 
yeah gonna have to sell it because it doesn't fit anyways, just gonna get a universal one
 
definately not a twinloop lol its a copy of some sort but without a marking would be hard to tell
 
yep deffo a mugen twin loop REPLICA, id sell it and get an original twin loop. sound sick!
 
i have one pretty much the same... it's not a mugen, it's a ractive, still twin loop, and the same size. the one in the pic definitely isn't a ractive one though, the tips are much bigger on it.

they should fit... you don't have the proper connecting piece on the end there though so it'd have to be welded.

the most consistent thing i've heard about the mugen ones are they are clearly marked. good luck
