What car next ??

The gtst is cheaper to insure yeah I didn't want to pay to insure a gtr at the time so bought my black r33 gtst, very capable car mate has a good going dc5 and I was able to pull past him without to much bother and the rwd is fun in the wet lol

I would go for an s2000!

Ever driven a 350Z? Awful visibility on all sides. The motor is strong but the boring at the same time. I feel the s2000 is a much more fun car.

I've driven a 350z and found it "lazy" in power delivery and steering, and this was compared to my 535 beemer barge.
I've also driven a couple of s2000s and I found them waaaaaaaaaay twitchy, far too much for me, as I felt I simply couldn't use it to its potential, hence I didn't get either. I didn't want a dc5 as the newer VTEC crossover is too smooth for me, I like the lairy crossover. I used to own a dc2, and for me the dc5 "lost" a little of the magic... ….

I would agree in giving the e46 a look at, I did think of getting one but it didn't really feel like a fast car... Don't get me wrong I think it's a very capable car it just lacked something... The 350z and dc5 I think are completely different cars. 350z will eat up the miles on road and be comfortable with all the creature comforts, but aren't without their problems, I remember something with gearboxes or driveshafts fail quite regularly and something to look at when buying as they're all relatively high milers!
The dc5 will be less refined but more involved and all depends on whether the past owner(s) have looked after them!
Go drive a few in the time you've got, then spend the rest of it finding the nicest possible example!

Lol yeah. They do grab you these cars. Something about them.
