weird rattle plz help

Hi ive started to hear a weird rattle i think its from the gear box when im starting off there is a rattling noise same in second gear but goes when i shift to 3rd. anybody any ideas?

does it make the rattle when the clutch is pressed ?? are you sure its not coming from under the gearbox as read somewhere before that a guy thought it was his gearbox but turned out his exhaust was loose

its def coming from the gear box mate its drivin me mad another prob this mornin when driving clutching, and my foot was all the way down, and shifting down to second it was very reluctant and crunched into second only happend the once but could be a sign for somethin bad happening!!

Have you changed or checked your gearbox oil lately? could be low... I would check the shift linkage also...
