Just thought I'd start this up here (feel free to move mods) seeing as though his Vendor status has just expired and I know people, like me, are still awaiting some communication or anything with regards to the refunds from the various group buys.

He owes me over £500 for a bonnet and a spoiler

That's actually quite interesting. :nerv:

Perhaps he is trying to earn the money to pay you guys back. From the sales page he seemed quite determined to bring the money back as soon as possible. Hopefully you guy's get your refund; sure is hell is a lot of money just too loose out on due to bad business decisions on the companies behalf.
 
Shocking that someone could abuse the vendor status so badly.
Hope you guys get it sorted out.
It's a lot of cash at the end of the day.

Well, I ordered a bonnet in his first group buy, which I believe was around £325 and a spoiler in his group buy (before xmas/new year) which was £200!

I paid via paypal but because it's gone past the 6 month thing, they won't do a thing.

Please let us know if he answers emails, I can't ban him since you'll not be able to contact the seller.

I just did a post count reset to the user, so he no longer post in the for sale forum or WTB forum.

I hope you all to get your money back soon.
 
Sounds like a hard lesson learnt, does anybody have his contact details as in address etc?

Maybe it's time to get the law involved? I mean he is clearly ignoring members on here but actively starting to trade on other forums!
 
I have the address! If nothing gets sorted soon I will go up there. Even though he doesn't owe me anything!
