water getting in trunk


here in toronto we just had a few snowy days and i checked the trunk and what do you know water in there not puddles but enough to bug me another factor that could come into play is that the left fender is welded into place on the inside as if the car was in an accident but i dont know if that would affect water leakage in the trunk
 
sad to say .... mine does the same thing ... but i believe mine was worse... i tracked mine down to the top of the window .. my window had what looked like a good seal but i managed to find it ... it was leaking right on to my back speakers... pissed me off had to get new ones .. but i fixed it ... more silicon should do the trick ... lol
 
my girlfriends ek has been leaking in, i found an air vent behind the rear bumper. dirt off the road had come up and forced it open making muck and water come in to boot. when i blew it out with air line i found it had moved the foam membrane out of place so when i get chance il have to remove bumper and seal it up. so have a look at this when your sealing your lights up.
