Vtec kicks in late in B16B

thats just daft,, its the same brand and one of their cars, they cannot just not specialize in it! **** if i took my honda to a Honda dealer and they said that they dont specialize in it id be like WTF, you made the car!
We haven't had any problems like this ever in Iceland, this motor that I have is the only B16B in Iceland so they don't even have a parts catalogue og EPC about the car.
I work in the spare parts there and if I have to order parts for the engine I have to use the ultimate parts listed here on EK9.org

OK - But you're saying it not cutting fuel at the rev limit? So you can just put your foot to the floor in neutral and the revs will just stick at 9k without bouncing?

I don't really want to put my foot down and keep it there, but when I did it once it didn't bounce it just stayed at 9000-9100 ca.
So I think that the rev clock is just a tad off.
I have no idea what this could be else than the limiter is broken or something :O
I cleaned the solenoid as there was a little bit dirt there, and it didn't change much but the Vtec kicks in a little bit harder at 6400 :D
