Vtec6000 Super Moderator Donator Joined Jun 5, 2007 Messages 6,222 May 2, 2009 #2 0.15-0.19mm intake and 0.17-0.21mm exhaust. You should aim to get closest to lowest value so for intake .15mm and exhaust .17 check clearance again after you tighten the jam nut.
