What clutches do you guys recommend for a stock 03' ep3, bar cat back exhaust and cai?
Is it best to stick with oem honda or go for a uprated clutch and flywheel.

Thanks.

Standard clutch is great for fast road use and highly recommended, when you use the car on track and tend to abuse and heat the clutch more then it makes sense to get something better suited

Lightweight flywheel makes the car rev better but again daily driving you may notice that you have to give the car a bit more revs when taking off.. sometimes its not that noticeable though because the standard flywheels aren't exactly heavy

Thanks for your reply mate, appreciated.
My car is a daily have no intention of tracking it but never say never.
You are right the standard one feels light even lighter compare to my standard ek9 one. Im use to giving all my cars revs, just thought for the price of oem pay a bit more for uprated. Ive read that facelift ep3's have a lighter flywheel maybe that could be a good upgrade on my ep3?

The oem clutch should be good up to about 250 hp as far as I'm aware,
It should be good enough for a bit of track day abuse as well.
I got a oem clutch from cox's motor parts, they're a honda dealer and about the cheapest around for clutches
