Found this:
212lb weight reduction & list - Team Integra Forums - Team Integra

entire A/C sysem: 46.5lbs
cruise control actuator: 3.5lbs
metal panel in glovebox door: 2lbs
hatch interior (except anything visible from inside the cabin): 9.5lbs
intake resonator (cut off from downward tube): 4lbs
spare tire, jack, tools: 29.5lbs
front tow hooks: 1lb
tar from trunk and some below passenger's seat: 7lbs
wiper fluid bottle + assembly (almost full): 5lbs
power steering system: 17lbs
passenger's airbag: 8lbs
moonroof sliding cover: 1.5lbs
rear seatbelts: 5lbs
exhaust heatshields(all): 5lbs
driver's airbag and wiring: 3lbs
drivers kneeplates: 3lbs
front passenger's seat: 34.5lbs (leaving in, but just checked)
armrest replaced with jdm itr eliminator: 2lbs net (3lbs minus <1lb)
entire abs system (lines, wiring, etc): 28lbs
rear windshield wiper: 3lbs
odyssey pc680t: stock29lbs-odyssey14lbs: 15lbs net
97+ rear underseat bars: 18lbs (6lbs each)*info on the bottom of page 6*
intake manifold support bracket: 3lbs
antenna motor: 2lbs

these are all actual measurements i have taken from my gsr, totaling 212lbs with 141.5lbs from the front and 70.5lbs from the rear. i have a complete interior (minus the rear seatbelts) and plan to keep it that way.

This was taken from a DC2 GSR but things like A/C weight, p/s weight will be the same.
 
I have weighted some of the stuff I took out of my EK9. Sorry it's in KG.

Intake resonater - 2,6 kg
Spare wheel - 11,6 kg
Rear seats and plate in the back - 15,4 kg
Side plastic rear - 5,2 kg
Platic inside tailgate - 1,7 kg
Aircon without fluid - 15,5 kg
Rear speakers - 2,5 kg

Total 54,5 kg

Need to weight my OEM exhaust and my Fujitsubo RM01A

OEM backbox - 8,1 kg
OEM manifold - 12,7 kg
OEM B-pipe and cat - 10,4 kg

Complete OEM exhaust - 31,2 kg


Replica Toda manifold - 6,5 kg
Fujitsubo RM01A (aprox. 50 % of OEM) so 18,5/2 = 9,25 kg
Highflow cat is about 1.5 kg

Complete Aftermarket exhaust - 17,25 kg

Weight saved on exhaust - 13,95 kg

So total weight saved is: 68,45 kg = 150,90 lbs :dance:
