Alright,

Just wondering what reading use get on idle? I'm currently 0.7-0.8 bar under 0.......

I'm thinking I either have a vacuum leak or dodgy sensor :nono:

No idea lol just fitted the sensor for the gauge so this is the first run/reading I have and just wanted to compare :nice:

Sounds about right to me?

Cool, didn't get informed.what boost I was running when it got built so had no comparison figure, means I have scope as it's only 0.5 bar boost at moment :nice:

What engines that on? I'm aiming for 0.5bar with my build

Stock B16a2 :nice: was dyno'd at 270bhp but going to get a run on a dyno dynamics which is proven to be accurate and get a remap too :run:

Cool! Mines on a b16b! Be good to see how both engines handle 7psi and what power they make. Although I'm wanting to limit mine to 270hp or traction and reliability.

Traction isn't an issue if it's setup properly and BONE dry

The other keith has 300bhp and 300ft-lbs and in the dry it's fine really, but he got boost set per gear so that might be why :nice:

I might try increasing a bit see how it runs :nice:

I've got a 4.7fd in an s4c box. So shorter gearing than stock, I am expecting it to be manageable

Thats fine Keith, on idle you will be drawing a vacuum that reading is correct.

Yeah man, as wishy says on idle it's drawing a vacuum so that sound about right!

Cool just thought it might have been too much but all good :nice:

As above its not boost you're seeing its vacuum - as you drive off you should see it go down and then back up again as vacuum swaps to boost.

Some gauges show vacuum to save confusion.
