Right I'm in the middle of building a b18c4 engine with forged pistons and rods, and I was wondering what turbo set up to go with?
I'm looking to get in or around 300fly/bhp to keep it reliable.
I'm not looking for I "heard this was good" I'm looking for personal experience, either a turbo kit or make one up what do you guys recommend?
Thanks in advance

No worries, research is key to any boosted build, see what other people have done with similar setups and ask loads of questions. In the end it will come down to seeing what works when you have built it up but it does not hurt to get a good starting point.

building your own kit vs buying is really up to you, ive done both, i prefer building my own kit but there are some awesome kits out there, im just a really picky person. 300 at the fly isnt that much, you can honestly just keep with oem internals if its a low mileage motor with good compression and leak down numbers. but if buidling it helps you sleep at night go for it but shoot for a bit more power ;) 400bhp is nice :blinx:
