Hi everyone,

I am veeeery new on here so i thought i would put up some pics of my civic and what i've done so far to it...

Pic from when i bought it:

Then i got it home next to my old car, which soon got destroyed:

Then this happened to the french

I soon got the DA out and gave it a once over, iphone pics are crap lol

And as of yesterday i've had all new bumpers done, i've had to take the back lip off though as the exhaust is crap and just sits on the lca and melts the lip...

Not really done much yet, as i've had to break up the rallye.
The management light is on though and its overfueling really bad, but i am gunna fix these things the easy way. I am already planning a b-swap, so that will sort any problems with the engine.
Other plans are a proper exhaust system so i can get the lip on, and maybe a tidy up on the inside.

Finally got my b18 the other day and i was pretty excited :excited:

I got a quick coat of vht silver on it to clean it up. Just bought a Kevlar Whales Willy induction kit and am waiting on my Blox intake manifold...
Other plans are smooth out the bay and give it a coat of gloss black, and to finish off a nice 3 point Strut brace...

Well heres some more updates from the week...

Gave her a quick clean up and also polished up my Spoon, so i could finally get some shots of the back end, also got one under some gate i found, cos i am a rebel...

As for updates i got my carbon kevlar cover and whales willy induction kit and they look quite smart...

SO i am now pretty much ready to drop the 1.8 in the hondog...
But i still need the following: Inlet, injectors, throttlebody and shift link. So if anyone owns these parts please let me know as i need them!

Also gonna spray up the engine bay in a new colour, thinking of black really as not much goes with blue that isn't too in your face...

Bit of progress, after blowing my d16 i have now stripped her down and i am ready to drop the engine, so heres some pics...

Anyone in the area is more than welcome to come down and pitch in lol

Had a busy day and its still not in, its been a complete pig so i have given up for the day...

Rear L bracket is like 10mm out, dunno if i tilt the engine enough whether it will fit, but i was getting annoyed so left it for another day...

Also the pas line doesn't fit, so i dunno how to sort that as i've never done that before, nor does the rad pipe, but thats not too bad though..

Also notice the ghetto exhaust bungee straps

More updates:
Got some nice coloured nuts and bolts from tegiwa, so put them on tonight...

Then had to take my suspension apart as i battered the thread on my bottom ball joint yesterday?

And that is basically where i am at with it at the minute...
The rear mount won't fit and i have no idea how to plumb my new blox manifold in, so if anyone can help out that would be grand

u are having the exact same problems i was having, give up on the ball joint and replace it. i tried to rethread mine, all it did was make the threads to thin and weak. yeah the back mount, (t bracket) from a d series will not fit this motor, u will need to buy the si bracket, at least thats what i had to do. and the bottow radiator hose should still fit but im sure your top radiator hose is to short so that will have to be replaced. its a pain in the ass to change while the motor is already in but its not to bad. pm me if u have any questions.

I am running tenzo sleeves on koni shocks with i think custom springs...

As for the mount i got an l bracket with the b18 that fitted in a del sol, but for some reason it will not fit my ej lol

brand new si t bracket from honda is 55$

Love this, such a unique styling choice; looks mint. Will be such a change from the D15 when you get that B18 fully functional.

I rung Honda and they want £105 for the t bracket :O

And just so you know it was a d16 lol

yeah i didnt kno the d series t bracket wouldnt fit and after about 3 hours of fighting it i did some well needed research lol.
