This oil its good for B16A2?

my B16A2 have 185.000km and i use Shell Helix H7 Oil 10W40.
I can use Shell Helix Ultra Range? theres any advantages on this oil for B16A2?

Try Motul 10w40 6100 synergie my mate was using it on his b16a had no complaints

i use motul 8100 i think it is in my dc2

For the street? You don't need to use thick oil on the street. Just stick to Honda 5W30. Its better for the engine.
