Lightened flywheel and uprated clutch
K pro I think mapped by Mase.

His name is wayne_teggy on itr-dc5.com if your on there.

Yeah I'm on that forum! Ill have a look when I remember, cheers :D

How you finding the DC5 mate? I've just put a deposit down on this Arctic Blue one from Torque GT, won't be getting it for a few weeks though as the EK9 is going in as part ex and needs a few bits and bobs sorting first.

Can't wait to get it!

I love it! So comfy during motorway journeys compared to a civic. But then again that was only an ek3 so not sure compared to a 9. I can't really give you an opinion on a standard dc5 as I haven't drove a standard one either.. Not sure what its like through back roads as I haven't drove through one with my foot right down :nerv: just slowly getting use to the car still as its a big jump from the ek3 :p

That one looks really clean! Good buy ;) what are your plans for it?

Cheers mate!

Yes it looks lovely. Darren at Torque say's it's even nicer in the flesh and it drives really well too, says it will be like driving a Maybach in comparison to my stripped out EK9 lol! :D

I've got no immediate plans for it tbh chap. Engine wise it's standard, only mods it has are Tein coilovers, strut braces and an exhaust, not sure what exhaust is on it though but it's uprated.

I will leave it as it is I think, maybe go for an intake of some kind in the future perhaps but for now I will try and leave it as standard as possible. Daz from Endless says the best purchase for it would be a KPRO as it really frees some of the power up, can pick one up second hand for £500 he reckons but again it's something for the future maybe.

One of the first things I'm going to do to it is fit a Tracker as I'm worried it will be targeted, the DC5 along with the EK9 are quite stand out cars and there's plenty of dicks around my place that would be keen on robbing it so I need to make it as secure as possible.

It's £600 for a tracker including fitting and the software update but I think it will be money well spent. Yours is lovely btw, looks very aggressive in black. I'd have liked one in Black but I've been struggling to sell the EK9 hence why Torque have agreed to take it in as part ex for the DC5.

Cheers.

I don't.

Looks ****ing horrid. It's one way to spoil an already nice looking car anyway.

Each to their own tbh. Monster Unit have a dc5 with a spoon diffuser and I love it :p here's some pictures of it:
