So, big brother is gonna start handing out penalties for anyone accused (but not proven) of illicit file sharing (etc) in the UK. It's been a long time in the post, but it looks like today this could be made a reality for all of us:

I don't know about you guys, but I've had it up to here with pointless laws being rammed down our throats whilst we get no real say in the matter. It’s amazing how many civil liberties Labour have eroded, with such little protest from people...
