Test drive FD2

Crazy how stiff they are yeah BUT when you jack them up they have heaps of droop in the suspension so they will easy maintain traction on all 4 wheels :nice:

My dad wants to sell me his in a couple years time, run it as my daily and keep the ek9 for the track :nerv:

Yes, the suspension is stiff but it is quite acceptable for daily use. Also i didn't notice any noise and vibration from the interior. It is probably due to the rigid / stiff body structure.

I want to buy it as my daily too but as the fuel price going up daily, it is getting very expensive with this K20A!!

Nice one :) That would be my ideal car selection: FD2 keep it standard (even tho they are raw enough to drive as standard) for a daily car and then have the ek9 for trackdays, weekends and a hobbie.

Hopefully I will own one some day and if I can't afford the fd2 I would just buy an EP3 for a daily as a 2nd choice. EP3s are a lot of car for the money that they are going for these days

Actually standard FD2 is already a fully ready track car! If i buy it i would not do any modifications, just keep it standards!

You cannot compare an EP3 to a FD2

Total **** to change the spark plugs though, went to change the plugs on my dads FD2 tonight and realised the scuttle all has to come off, leave that for the weekend, haha

Can you share your thought on EP3? I know EP3 is quite common in UK. But here in HK, it is very rare car! Also the used FD2 cost twice as much as a used EP3. I am surprise to know that a used FD2 is cheap in UK than in HK. Thanks!

I love FD2 too but sadly we dont have them in Greece. They didnt allow it to come to Greece :(

FD2s are stunning cars, shame they never made them in black:(

CW is stunning tho:p

They did
