I bought my car and it had tein super streets fitted to it (ek shape) just wondering if any one new which way to turn the adjuster at the top to stiffen and soften the damper, it has an alan key shaped hole in it if that help's.

Thanks in advance !

Oh and is it worth doing, can you notice the difference, and what setting would any one recommend i leave it on, i dont really hammer my car that much so i would of though soft but i dont know :(

the best way to find out is pop the bonnet and turn them both one way take it for a drive see if they are hard or soft. my mate has them on his ek9 and he drives it really hard on the b-roads and he has them on settin 8 or there about. so u could turn them one way till they stop clicking and turn them back 8 cliks witch is half way. car rides awsume on this settin. handling is amazin and it still has the comfort of the oem shocks

cheers bud, i did it tonight, but didnt really notice much difference, only took it for a short blast though, i'll try more tomorrow !

yer, found that out tonight, only really noticed the difference went i broke hard, the car seemed to bounce further forward. Well that solves that one, cheers fellow ek owners !
