between super street and monoflex which one is the best?in terms of comfort and stability...

monoflex runs a stiffer spring but a much better damper so the possibility exists that it "could" be more comfortable than the SS but most likely the SS will be better suited for the strett. Best thing to do is ring TEIN and get there advise, what country are you in?

malaysia..im currently using GAB(malaysia). last time i once mention that my car feels wobbly...i let my mechanic check all my bushing n their fine...so now im checking maybe the suspension is giving me the wobbly movement.so since im in asia, TEIN is popular among other brands...so i heard monoflex is the best street and race entry...by looking at the design, i feel it could give stabilty but my concern is if i set the damping to comfort, does it really give comfort?

With TEIN coilovers there is a clear difference between the full soft and full hard setting. However asking if full soft equals comfortable is a hard question to answer, each person has there own standards on what the consider comfortable.

Coilovers are not usually comfortable... :D

Monoflex think are better and more expensive than the SS, tho believe for an Civic EK the TEIN SS should be good enough for street and track!

my m8 has the SS on his EP3 and they performe great... again they are not comfortable on bumpy streets :))

im using gab n to tell u the truth its not comfortable coz it without damping control.when cornering it does perform but when roads are uneven, the cars feel bouncing...thats bothering me...and it performs according to temperature sometimes ok sometimes not. i lose track already whether its hot or cold that gives me the best ride....

I've got Tein SS mounted on my EK4 ferio and it is confortable, however it's stiffer than OEM suspension...but if you look for confort and stabillity it's the right choice...:nice:

ok...if you look closely at the design. SS and monoflex is different as monoflex have 2 way lock.but SS only one way to adjust height.

my question, is the 2 way lock is better to maintain the height no matter what the condition and weight gain? or its function just simply to make easier to adjust?

coz i think without the 2 way lock, more weight will lower down the car during driving and stationery. correct me if im wrong....

guys, i need help here. yesterday my wife(pregnant 9 months) want to go to hospital but dont want to ride in my car coz its stiff.at first it piss me off.whats wrong with my car?at the end i drove her with her car.so this is what im telling, i need to find an adjustable that adjust between comfort and performance.so im in asia, so western or euro brands are limited, so what r my choices?

any comments for tanabe suspension? i heard there are comfortable. i heard people in my country change their teins to tanabe.im sure the teins give it a hard life for malaysians driver coz of the road conditions.i tell u its the worst.****.i dont know why after one month, the newly tarred road already have potholes.i know asian country always rains, but im sure there is a way to beat it.its year 2009!sorry for emotional thing....
