the little extra bump in compression is nice.
are you using stock cams?
As others have mentioned, it would be best to have the car tuned via a programmable ecu.
www.funkpower.co.uk also sells the spoon 16b stroker kit for £821.10 they offer it standard oem size 81mm or .25 oversizebore im away to buy mine
If the b16b is in good working order, sell it, buy an ITR. Over here the price diff form CTR to ITR is less than $1000US, you'll spend way more than that converting the CTR into a Type R. Unless you can literally do all the machine work and assembly yourself it's going to cost more, and there's always the reliablity issue. The longer stroke LS crank leads to extreme speed and piston loading even beyond ITR crank. I wouldn't use an unbalanced GSR to spin above 8k. Why gut a perfectly good CTR.
Sorry if the question can be trivial ... so the ITR crankshaft can fit also in a B16A2 block without having to make changes? tnx!
Usually yes, but then you are sticking in a second hand engine of unknown origin.
Stroking is obviously more, but you essentially end up with a fresh engine (if you do it properly)
