Stick rear caliper (would youi believe it!)

Guessing for ek9? It'll be the bigger piston item. Why not just rebuild it?

I would but I only have Saturday to replace the caliper and do a full service before going away on Sunday.

Just order the caliper for UKDM DC2 as this will def fit. Might be better to get one from your local motor factors then if its wrong its ease to swap for the correct one.
Are you sure the pads move freely in the carrier?
Make sure the piston slot is at correct angle to fit lump on pad. Fully free off hand brake and is very last job when new brakes fitted, blead and pumped up.

The pad is pretty much locked to the disc. It felt like the handbrake was on & the near brake fire at the back of the car gave it away.

This place is only an hour away. BCA6368. That part No. has come up twice now. I'll give it a try and post back the results.
