Steering wheel opinions

I'm looking to change my steering wheel on my eg and looking to see people's opinions and what you personally use

I'm looking at either

Personal trophy 350mm



Or

Personal neo grinta 330mm

 
Think my Nardi is 330mm, quite a bit smaller than OEM I might try 350mm next. I also want the steering wheel a bit closer to the body but before I buy a deeper dished wheel I'm gonna wait as I might need a snap off boss kit when I have the roll cage in. If you want to borrow my 330mm wheel for a few days to see what's it like to live with give me a shout.

Also, I prefer the first one, I generally prefer the clean functional rally style look but steering wheel is like the cherry on the top it should always go with the rest of the car imho.
 
I've got a 330mm neo grinta, one of my fav thing's about the car haha. It's on a mugen boss with a D1 snap off, it's the perfect reach for me with the SPG but I have quite long leg's so sit pretty far back.

I'd recommend leather over the suede, it'll wear much better.
 
I like them both can't decide haha! I like the look of the trophy has a wee dish to it aswell

This picture made me buy a Grinta Leather 330mm.


It’s a lovely wheel!
 
Brothers got an OMP WRC wheel, looks pretty decent!
Not sure I'd get away with a 330mm wheel with no pas, makes it hard work(more hard work)
 
I had the Neo Grinta in my Jordan, absolutely loved it!
 
Ive gone for a 350 mugen. I think 330 is a bit small. Personal preference though! I prefer the first one! The suede will be fine if your hands are clean and you clean it once a week. Ie when you wash your car
 
Bought my dad a Personal Grinta 330mm black and red stitch for his DC2, 330mm to me is a bit small personally, I would go for a 340/350mm.

I want a Nardi classic with the silver centre!

Driftworks do some pretty good prices on Personal's.
 
I've got an personal grinta 350 and absolutely love it. wouldnt want any smaller for sure.

also really like the omp corsia in leather if you want dish, really nice wheel

as above, I think 330 feels too small
 
I've always liked the feel of the 350/360mm OEM airbag steering wheel. Aftermarket wise, a Nardi suede does it for me too.

I much prefer the non airbag OEM wheel over the airbag one. Just doesn't feel as good in your hands as the non bag one IMO.
Not bad enough for me to warrant changing it though, low on the list of things lol
 
I've always liked the airbag version's "chunkiness". All personal preference I guess.
