no not yet ive been laggin behind with this nearly sold mine to buy a dc2 but think im just goin to keep on with this build and finish sumthing off need oil pump water pump timmin belt kit cam pullys lightend flywheel new clutch arp head bolts acl race bearing and baffeld sump

had to put standerd manifold back on due to the dc sport cracking on the welds

That dc manifold has rotted big time. You need to invest in a proper stainless steel one. Nice build, the plans look good for the engine.

That dc manifold has rotted big time. You need to invest in a proper stainless steel one. Nice build, the plans look good for the engine.

yh been lookin into over makes of manifold

plus ive got a crome ecu but on a standerd map but tryin to sort out ready for a remap after the work but dont know if it wud just be easyer to buy a hondata s300 any advice ?
 
The heat wrap rots non stainless manifolds like that because it is wet most of the time with our climate - you need to buy some thermal heat wrap paint to stop that happening.

DC sports manifolds arent the greatest quality and i had 2 and heat wrapped both of them fully knowing that one day they would crack! But i like the look and i also felt the engine bay temps were a lot lower !

yes i know what you mean knew it would my self but u carnt just have a standerd lookin one heat wrap looks so much better lookin into diffrent manifolds now
